Below are a few pictures of what work I've done so far to come to what you see above. The black primer you see is produced by PPG and is called DP90. My dad has used this primer as a sealer before painting a vehicle. Once I'm ready to paint, I'll just have to sand it down, put another light coat of DP90 on, then paint.

I've got new pins in the hinges and have cut the firewall for my Painless Wiring kit. Now that the gas tank has been removed from the cab, I can begin planning on making a custom speaker box. Using the original gas tank's mounting pads, I'm going to build a speaker box that will go from side to side of the back of the cab. In that box one 12" sub will be behind each seat, along with a 6x9 or smaller speaker. In the center I will have an Amp and maybe the ignition control box. If there is more room and I'm not out of money, I may try to make room for a Nitrous bottle. Instead of cutting up the dash, I'm going to attempt to make a wooden stand and install the the radio inside the center console. I'll probably install a factory AM or AM-FM radio in the dash. To mount the head unit, I'm making a panel to replace the glove box. In this panel will be the head unit and a list of gauges. To make up for the distance, my head unit will definitely have a remote and possibly a hard drive to store songs.
Bed
If you've been wondering how good new Goodmark body panels are, just wait until i get my truck painted. My bed has Goodmark side panels and tailgate. However, the front panel and floor are original pieces. I've figured out why 90% of trucks at shows have wood floors.
I have also installed a Early Classic Hidden Hitch under my truck. Since I'm doing so much making the bed perfect, I need some way to get my luggage to the hotel when I take off to a show. I'm planning on either getting an enclosed trailer, or building one using a trailer I already have.
